Below you’ll find all of the information you need regarding cancellations, check-in times and other important policies. Please don’t hesitate to contact our motel staff if you have any additional queries.

Credit Card Security: Your credit card details will be taken to secure your booking.

Cancellations: Should you cancel within 7 days prior of your reservation date, you will be charged for the first nights accommodation. If you fail to arrive at all the full tariff of your reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Multi night stays that are cut short on arrival will be charged the full amount of reservation as this is within our 7 day cancellation policy.

Changes in reservation term: Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date will result in you being charged for the full reservation. We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period. All amendments to bookings or cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by us.

Minimum Stay Policy: Three night minimum for guest stays between 23rd December and 7th January.

Smoking: This is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General: All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Child Policy: Children can only be accommodated in our two-bedroom units, they are included in the person count our two-bedroom units have a maximum of 4 persons. We cannot accommodate extra children in our other units.

Travel Insurance: Unfortunately things can go wrong when on holiday. You could fall ill, have an accident or have money or luggage stolen; your visit may need to be cancelled or cut short through injury or illness. It is our recommendation to guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from these unforeseen circumstances.
